TaskMeridian provides AI automation consulting and implementation services, including:
- Workflow analysis and optimization
- Custom AI agent development
- Integration with third-party tools
- Training and support
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your accounts
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer our solutions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change. Current pricing:
- Starter: ₹2,499
- Professional: ₹9,999
- Enterprise: Custom pricing
4.2 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% advance payment to begin work
- 50% upon project completion
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay
5. Project Timeline
Typical project timelines:
- Discovery and blueprint: 1-2 days
- Development: 3-5 days
- Testing and refinement: 1-2 days
- Training and handoff: 1 day
Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
All methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.
6.2 Your IP
You retain ownership of your data, workflows, and custom configurations created specifically for your use.
6.3 License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered automation systems for your internal business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Your business data and processes
- Information shared during consultations
- Custom solutions developed for you
We may sign NDAs upon request for sensitive projects.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee specific results or ROI
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages
9. Service Level Agreement
We commit to:
- Response to support requests within 24 hours
- Resolution of critical issues within 48 hours
- Regular communication during project execution
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- You retain access to completed work
- Outstanding payments become due immediately
- We provide documentation for handoff
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
